Refund & Returns Policy

1. 14-Day Return Policy and Eligibility

We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
• • It must have all original tags attached.
• • It must be in its original packaging.
• • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right without delay.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature, safety, or customisation. Please see the list of non-returnable items below:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products), once they have been opened or used.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Sale items or gift cards are not eligible for refunds or returns.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have (following the process in Section 2). Once the return is accepted, you should make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding our standard 14-day policy, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

As with standard returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and thoroughly inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, typically within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@iconicperfumes.co.
